Order Acceptance

When you place your order with us online, you will automatically receive an e-mail notification verifying the products you ordered and how they will be shipping to you. We will contact you in case we may require additional verification or information before fulfilling your order.

Our appointed and trusted e-commerce distribution partner is "Becker & How". Fulfilment and customer service, based on purchases made via this website and other e-commerce platforms is managed by Becker & How.

 

Delivery Charges

Free delivery in West Malaysia for purchases above RM 100 unless otherwise indicated. For purchases below RM 100 and shipping to East Malaysia, please refer to the list below.

We will use a local courier company and only ship as registered post. We are not responsible for any delayed or lost mail. There will be no refund or replacement for lost mail.

If the package is too large to fit into the mail box, the post man will bring it up to the unit/house. If no one is home, they will leave a note for you to collect it personally with your identity card at the respective post office. Please note that there have been cases where no note was left but the package was at the post office waiting for collection.

 

Method of Payment 

METHOD 1: BANK-IN
Offline bank-in (cash or cheque) payable to BECKER & HOW VENTURES SDN BHD. Please find the bank account information below.

After bank-in, please email askbecker@becker-how.com with the following details:

  2. Your name and contact no
  3. Payment amount and indicate if cash or cheque
  4. Date and time of bank in
  5. Cheque number if payment by cheque

 

Please note that we will only process the order after the cheque is cleared or cash is deposited.

METHOD 2: BANK TRANSFER
You may transfer the payment to our account in CIMB. Your orders will be processed after payment is received.

In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will credit your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
